R package betapart
This package includes functions to partition beta diversity into turnover and nestedness components according to a multifaceted approach, i.e. based on taxonomic, functional and phylogenetic data (Baselga 2010, 2012; Leprieur et al. 2012; Villeger et al. 2013).
